If you cancel your Prime membership within the first six months, you will receive a full refund. After that, you will not be refunded for the remainder of your Prime membership.
Yes, Prime membership ends immediately when you cancel. Your membership benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, and you’ll be able to access all of your Prime content until then.
