You can uninstall the Hangouts app, or you may use another messaging software. You can re-add the Hangouts app to your phone if you inadvertently delete it.
Locate the Hangouts app. Hold down on the Hangouts icon until it begins to jiggle. Tap Remove in the top left corner of the icon.
To access your phone’s settings, go to the Settings menu. Go to Applications. you get all of your applications, go to All Apps. Check for hangouts and look at the information provided by the hangouts app.
Your Android phone offers an app called Hangouts to fulfill your video chat needs. It’s a communications program developed by Google that allows you to talk with one or more of your friends via text and video chat. The Hangouts software may also be used as text messaging software on your smartphone.
Open the Hangouts app on your Android phone or tablet. Tap Menu in the upper left corner. Next to your account, tap the Down arrow. Go to Google Accounts > Manage Accounts Google at the top right. Tap More to obtain additional options. To delete an account, go to Settings > Account and select it from the list of accounts.
