You cannot link or unlink a Microsoft account with your existing Skype account. It’s not possible to merge or split your Skype and Microsoft accounts because they’re already linked. You’ll be able to sign in to all of your Microsoft services, including as SkyDrive, Office Online, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Xbox, and more using your account.
