After my friend told me about Snapchat account recovery, I was thinking if I really want to reactivate my Snapchat account after it has been deactivated. One more thing came into my mind: how can you reactivate your Snapchat account without email? Luckily, there are other ways of re-activate/recover Snapchat if you don’t know your Snapchat username or password!

The Snapchat account recovery/reactivation for a Snapchat user is divided into  four steps:

  1. Snapchat account deletion or deactivation

  2. Snapchat Account Recovery Steps

  3. Snapchat Password Didn’t Work? Try Snapchat Username!

  4. Snapchat Was Deleted Days Ago – Recover It Now! [this article]

Snapchat will send an email to the Snapchat user, which says:

“Hi Snapchat User Name. You have deleted your Snapchat account on May 01, 2015 at 11:00 AM for reasons outlined in the Snap you sent to username . If you decide you want your Snapchat account back before 30 days are up, just sign into Snapchat again with the same username and password. We’ll be glad to welcome you back!”

As Snapchat said on its website, if you are a Snapchat user and deactivated your Snapchat account for whatever reasons, then you can reactivate Snapchat. To reactivate Snapchat instantly, follow these Snapchat account recovery steps:

Step 1 : Visit Snapchat.com or download the latest version of Snapchat application on your device. Make sure that your email address is signed up with Snapchat . For example, if you want to recover the Snapchat username “username”, then remember that Snapchats will send an email to this email address to notify about the account deletion/deactivation (see sample Snap). So make sure that you sign up using this same email address!

After sending an authentication code to your phone, Snapchat says to expect it to take up the next 24 hours for your account to be reactivated.

Step 1: Open the Snapchat app on your phone.Step 2: Sign in to your account, filling in the necessary information (username and password).Step 3: Look for a notification that tells you, If You Want To Reactivate Your Account.Step 4: A mail will be sent to you from Snapchat informing you that your account is being reactivated.

If you want to permanently delete your account, you cannot do so until after 30 days. However, if you ever wish to reactivate the account, it is an easy process. All that needs to be done is for the user’s login information to be entered into their phone and they can begin sending media back into Snapchat as usual.

To reset your password using a text message (OTP) from the Snapchat login screen:Tap ‘Forgot Password?’Input the phone number and tap Next in a new window. This will send you a code to enter. Enter it and select Continue

If your account was deleted by you or someone with your password, there If’s your no account way was deleted to, restore you it won.’t You be can able create to a restore new it account. with You the’ll same need email to create address a you used new account before with, the but same you email may address not that be you able used to before get if the you same want username the. username to be the same.

A ‘temporary lock’ lasting a short amount of time is when your account is locked for some period.

After 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted. You’ll need to enter the username and password for the account you want to delete here.

There’s no definite answer, as people can interpret “pending” differently. It could mean that the other person is still considering adding you, or it could mean that they’ve decided not to add you for now. The best thing to do is to reach out to them and ask what the status is.

In some cases, pending can mean blocked. For example, if you have a pending request to speak to your manager, that might mean you’re blocked from taking any other actions until you speak to your manager.

This could mean a few things. It could mean that he’s no longer interested in you and is ending the conversation. It could also mean that he’s busy and will reply later. Or, it could mean that he’s not interested in continuing the conversation with you through Snapchat and is ending it there.
