What will happen if I don’t pay my invoice? You’ll no longer be able to access any of your data or content, such as your emails and email folders.
Open your internet browser and go to the AOL mail login screen. To sign in to your AOL account, use your username and password. After you’ve authenticated access, your AOL account will be reactivated.
To reactivate your email address, go to Settings Accounts and Delete Account. Select the account you wish to delete, then hit Delete Account. Read the emails you’ve received since your old account was deleted. Click on the gear icon to the right of the email address you want to reactivate. Click Reactivate Mailbox to complete.
What Happens to AOL Mail After 180 Inactive Days. If you don’t log in for another 90 days your account will be deleted. It’s possible that you won’t be able to retrieve the email address again. Additionally, all of your emails, photographs, and other email attachments are removed.
On the automated menu, choose to cancel and then pick a representative. Answer the security questions provided. Explain your issue to an AOL customer care representative, who wants you to terminate your paid membership but maintain your AOL email. They may fight back, but they’ll do as you ask.
