Access Settings, and select Account. Select your Xbox gamertag; the Microsoft account associated with it will be shown on the right hand side of the screenIncorrect: Points to Items in Volume group vg00 are not within a file system boundary

To recover your account, go to Microsoft with the answer to these questions.

Choose the “Home” tab and select the option to recover your Gamertag. You’ll need to enter in the Windows Live ID information associated with your Xbox Live account. Fill in all of these fields: email, password, security question, date of birth.

Effective immediately, Xbox Live Gold membership will no longer be needed for a modern Xbox.

To view the accounts that are linked to your Microsoft account, sign in to your account and then select “Security & Privacy” from the menu. Under “Accounts”, you’ll see a list of the accounts that are linked to your Microsoft account.

To change your Microsoft Gamertag, you’ll need to go to the Account Management website and sign in. Once you’re signed in, select “Xbox Live” from the menu on the left, and then select “Profile.” On the Profile page, you’ll see your current Gamertag and a link to “Change Gamertag.” Click on that link, enter the new Gamertag you want, and then click “Confirm.

To change your Gamertag on Minecraft Xbox, you need to go to the Xbox Dashboard and sign in. Once you’re signed in, select “My Games & Apps.” From there, select “Minecraft,” and then select “Manage Profile.” Finally, select “Change Gamertag” and follow the on-screen instructions.
