Drag and drop the folder with the email(s) you’re searching for into your Inbox. Select “Move To” from the right-click menu, then send them to your Inbox or another desired folder. Use the “Restore” button to have them automatically sent to your Inbox.

Is it possible to retrieve permanently deleted Gmail emails in a Gmail account? No. When you delete your Gmail messages, they are immediately archived to your Trash Bin and remain there for 30 days. There is no possibility of recovering them if they were removed from the Trash Bin or if Google eliminated them automatically after 30 days.

If you send a message and then decide you no longer want it, click the trash icon next to it. It will remain in your trash for 30 days after deletion. After that time, it will be permanently removed from your account, making it impossible to retrieve.

After 30 days, your message is automatically deleted from your Deleted Items folder. Messages that have been removed from your Deleted Items folder are recoverable for 30 days. If you can’t find the deleted communications you want to retrieve, it’s likely that they’ve been permanently erased from the Deleted Items file or Junk Email folder.

Tap the “Trash” folder of the mail account. If you didn’t archive your emails, this is where they should be. Recover deleted mail by tapping it and then tapping the second icon to the left of it.
