After 30 days, Snapchat servers will automatically delete all unopened Snaps. After 24 hours, Snapchat servers are programmed to erase any unread Messages in a Group Chat. By pressing and holding on a Snap while viewing or right after seeing it, you may save it in Chat.

If you use a cloud service like Google Drive to sync your Android phone, you may restore the missing photographs or videos from the Cloud backup. Sign in to your Cloud account; go to Your recent backups, and then choose to Restore to your Android devices.

How can I get rid of Snaps after they’ve been recorded? The Snap’s sender still has authority over it. The sender may remove any Snaps that they have sent to Chat which are later saved in Chat.

It’s gone if your Snapchat account is permanently deleted. There is no method to recover data. If you want to use Snapchat again, you’ll need to create a new account.
