If you cancel your membership within three business days of signing up for or converting from a free trial to a paid membership, we will refund your entire membership fee; provided that we may deduct the value of Prime benefits utilized by you and your account during this period.
To cancel a free trial, go to the left-hand side of the screen and choose ‘Do not continue.’ This is the second option on that screen. Note: If you pick ‘Do not continue’ for your free trial, you’ll be able to take advantage of it until the end of the 30th day. Your membership will be terminated.
Click here to access your memberships subscriptions. Click Cancel Subscription next to the program you’d like to cancel. You will be sent to the cancel subscription screen after that.
