Go to Vudu’s website and enter your username and password. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, where you’ll find the Support option. On the right, select Email Support. In the Question box, explain what’s wrong and ask for a refund.
Select the “My Movies” option. Open your saved films by tapping the “My Saved Videos” option. In the upper right corner, tap “Manage.” Next to the saved film, you wish to delete, tap the garbage can icon.

You have 30 days to start watching once you’ve rented from Vudu, and 24-48 hours depending on the title to complete the rental after starting, so you can watch your way.
It all boils down to Vudu’s discretion on whether or not you will get a refund. Vudu will not give refunds for physical copies of a film unless they are damaged. Other than receiving a defective copy, the quickest and most effective method to obtain a refund is to call Vudu’s customer care department.
