Yes, you may update your Depop username through the app. To change your username, go to Profile > Settings > Edit my profile (iOS) or Profile (Android) > Username and select the new one.
To do this, go to your profile page by selecting “Edit profile” from the drop-down menu. You may either replace or upload a new profile picture here.
To cancel or terminate your Depop account, please email customer service at [email protected] with the subject “Deactivation Request”. Closing, canceling, or shutting down your depop account is the same as deleting it.
Once you’ve arrived at your profile or shop page, click the settings icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
You can’t have more than one Depop account at the same time, so some people must terminate an old account to create a new one. Keep in mind that if you have any outstanding issues with Depop, such as failing to deliver a purchased product, your account will not be deleted.
