No. Inactivity will not result in the loss of account information (Champions, Skins, RP, etc). Only your Summoner name will be changed.
Fill out the Account Recovery form here to recover your account. Select “Recover my account” from the drop-down menu when creating a ticket. Make sure to include all of the information requested about the account you’re attempting to retrieve.
