How to Recover a Permanently Deleted Gmail Account?
If you deleted your Google Account, you might be able to get it back. If you’ve had your account for a while and can’t recover the data in it, you may not be able to retrieve it. Recovering your account allows you to sign in using the original credentials as usual to Gmail, Google Play, and other Google services.
To accomplish this, log in as the super-user and go into the user account that has been deleted. Select all of the emails under All Mail to be restored into the new Google account from the Gmail tab.
