Unfortunately, it’s not possible to recover an account from years ago. Gmail does not store your emails on their servers so they cannot be retrieved.
Deleted Gmail accounts are not gone forever. If you sign up for a new Gmail account, the old one will be deleted automatically.
Unfortunately, Gmail does not offer a way to recover deleted emails. The best option is to use a third-party email recovery service and hope for the best.
Google accounts can be deleted by going to the account’s settings and clicking on “Delete your account or services”. Google will then take a week to process the request.
If someone deletes an email in Gmail, it will remain in the account’s database until it is automatically deleted after 5 years. However, if a user wants to recover the email before that point, they must contact Google Customer Service.
If you don’t want to wait for the email to come back to your inbox and then delete it again, you can use a third party email recovery service.
