There is no longer a way to have an account reset. If you just have to start over, create a new account. Alternatively, play for a little while before returning to the quest lines.
If you want to cancel your membership and remove all of your information, you must first contact customer service and answer a few security questions to ensure that the account belongs to you. You may do so by going here now.

Login in to your PC account using the official Warframe website. Select “Migrate PC Account to Nintendo Switch” from the bottom of the page in your account. Enter your PC Warframe password twice and then click Confirm.
Typically, it is usually better to keep progressing from where you left off. Especially if you have unique equipment and high numbers, regaining to this point may be time-consuming.
