You can try to restart the game by creating a new account and playing the game with that account. You won’t have to grind for more experience if you switch back to your old account since you’ll be up to speed.
Unfortunately, you are unable to restore your account since this is not a feature currently available in Warframe, and we are unable to reset an account manually. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you continue to enjoy playing Warframe!
