Yes you can return alcohol to Target provided that it is unopened or even if it is opened the actual bottle is not opened, you have the receipt or another means to prove that you made the purchase and you return the alcohol within 90 days or 120 days if you paid using the Target red card or a year if you are target plus.

The process of returning products to target is as follows:

Visit the store and go to the counter labeled “Customer service”

Give the product to the person there plus your receipt
