You’d have to write a letter stating that you seek to cancel your membership subscription with them

- Immediate Cancellation Rights
When the contract is just been paid for, a customer can cancel the agreement without any additional fee or duty within three days or five days depending on the state you are in. . All the money which you paid will be refunded once you cancel the subscription.
- Standard Cancellation Policy
Annual Membership Subscription: For you to cancel this kind of subscription you’d need to provide prior notice before the cancellation, the notice length varies depending on your location. To cancel before the end of the one-year or 12 months term you’d need to pay a pro-rated amount and a buy-out fee which varies depending on location. The buy-out fee will be charged only if applicable. Monthly Subscription: This type of subscription is also known as a “no commitment membership. ” You also need to provide notice before you can cancel the subscription. Also, note that the notice period varies depending on location. You’d also need to pay a pro-rated fee. Paid-in-fullsubscription: if you have a paid-in-full subscription, your subscription will end automatically on the date that has been stated in your agreement. If you wish to cancel before the expiration of your agreement, you’d get a partial refund. Depending on the subscription, the policies differ. The policies are stated below;
a) A year’s paid-in-full plan: You must provide notice before canceling the subscription. You will be given a partial refund after the pro-rated fee and buy-out fee have been charged. The fees vary depending on the location.
b) less than one year: This includes 3-6 month subscriptions, and you must also provide notice before canceling. You’d get a partial refund after the necessary fees have been deducted.
What Is The Buy-Out Fee And Notice Period?
NY, NJ, TX, FL, MA, IL, and VA are charged a buy-out fee of $60 and a notice of 45 days is required, except for IL and VA, which can give a notice of 30 days. Both PA and CA charge a buy-out fee of $50, and a notice of 45 days is required for PA, while CA’s notice is 30 days.
