A customer of Class-Pass can cancel the subscription or membership anytime. Following are the steps one has to do:
Go to the Class-Pass website. Click on the Account setting in your Account. Click on the Cancel Membership or take a Break. Fill in all the details for writing an application for cancelation and submit it.
For Android or iOS users, there are two other different ways to cancel the membership of Class-Pass.
For Android:
Tap three dots on the left corner of the app. Open your Profile. Now open the “Membership Management” and then “Plan Management” on the app. Select “Cancel Membership or Take a Break” and submit the application for cancelation of membership.
For iOS:
Open the app and tap three dots on the left corner. Tap on your Profile. Touch the “Membership Management” and then the “Manage Your Plan” on the app. Cancel your Membership or Take a Break by applying for it.
What is the Class-Pass refund policy?
Company does not offer its customers any kind of refund for a monthly membership. According to the cycle date, the membership renews each month automatically. If a customer wants to cancel the membership, he has to inform the company 24 hours before submitting a cancelation application for the membership. Otherwise, the customer will have to pay for the next month also.

The cycle date in Class-Pass is the renovation date of the membership of any customer.
