Cancel a Zipcar reservation
You may sometimes have a prior reservation in Zipcar that you dont need anymore and want to cancel or maybe want to modify. Well, Zipcar allows you to cancel or modify your car reservation in the first 30 minutes after booking it. For trips that are 8 hours or less than that, you can cancel or modify it 3 hours before you start your trip. For trips having more than 8 hours, you have to reach out to the Zipcar customer services or notify them before 24 of starting your trip in advance. It does not charge you with any cancellation or modification fees if you notify them in the grace time provided, and if you fail to do so you will have to pay the whole fee of the reservation. It does not refund you either if your trip ends early but will be charged with late fees if you return the vehicle you reserved late which is £35 per hour plus the additional charges.
